Pick-Up Procedure & Refund Policies
Picking up your order
The pick-up address for all orders is at the following address:
500 Lincoln Dr, Voorhees, NJ 08054
Please locate the 500 building (between the 100 building and the 600 building) located within The Village at Voorhees Apartment Homes and call the number below when you have arrived. Your baker (Tony) will bring your entire order to your vehicle for you!

Orders are scheduled for specific pick-up times and expect to be honored in the time frame the customer has chosen. Any orders not picked up in their scheduled time frame will not be remade or altered. Please notify Treats by Tony LLC if you are unable to pick your order up in the scheduled period and accomodations will be made IF POSSIBLE. Orders not picked up for 24 hours after scheduled pick up time will be surrendered and no refund will be given.
All orders cancelled WITHIN 24 hours of being placed will receive a 100% refund to the card or account they have been placed on.
All orders cancelled AFTER 24 hours will receive a 50% refund to the card or account they have been placed on.

Treats by Tony LLC specializes in Treats that taste amazing, although, at this time we are unable to take on orders that require custom decorations, lettering, or specialized coloring or desserts.
